There is free parking in front of the conference centre.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>Registration<\/em><br \/>Registration closes April 16, 2026<\/p>\r\n<p>There will be no registration at the door.<\/p>\r\n<p>Registration is limited to 150 participants.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>Registration Fee<\/em><br \/>Early Bird Registration \u2013 Postmarked or Paid on-line prior to April 3, 2026: $150.00 per person ($75.00 for students with ID).<\/p>\r\n<p>Regular Registration \u2013 Postmarked on or after April 3, 2026: $175.00 per person.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>Cancellation\/Refund Policy<\/em><br \/>Cancellations must be received in writing by April 3, 2026 and will be subject to a $20.00 processing fee. No refunds will be considered after April 3, 2026.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>General Information<\/em><br \/>Please Note: Room temperature may vary. We suggest you dress in layers.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>Diet<br \/><\/em>Sorry, but no considerations can be made for special diets.\u00a0 If you have dietary concerns, please bring your own food.
